The Philadelphia Writers Relief Fund was a temporary program put on by Blue Stoop Philly and the 215 Festival to provide emergency funds to Philadelphia based writers.
The designs feature a modified dollar sign on the final 's' as well as w large underlined W which doubles as an icon.
